What ingredients do you use?

We use only the highest quality ingredients possible working with local farms and suppliers.

Can I get my items without spices and pepper?

We pride ourselves in providing the most authentic tastes found in West African cuisine, which includes peppers and spices. Please request mild in order notes if you would like us to tone it down and we will advise on options.

Do you offer vegetarian options? Yes; Items that are vegetarian are marked on the menu.

Do you have a storefront?

Not at the moment! We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen in the Dallas Fort Worth Area (DFW) with takeout and delivery options only.

Do all items require a pre-order?

Yes, Pre-orders can be made for same day takeout or delivery by 10am on working days; After 10am, the order will be fulfilled next day. Please contact us at info@boxochops.com for any specific circumstances or to discuss order fulfillment.

How does shipping work nationwide?

We currently ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS nationwide with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. All our products are made-to-order and packaged by hand to ensure the freshest product possible when shipped. Each item is sealed in a resealable bag to prolong the enjoyment of our product. When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order.

Orders placed before Friday at 11:59 PM CST. will be shipped out the following Monday. (ex. You order Items Thursday, your items will ship Monday. You order items Friday, your order will ship the FOLLOWING Monday.)

Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival times. We are at the mercy of the postal system and certain factors are out of our control. We suggest you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before desired date to allow for unseen delays.The shipping fee is a flat rate of $25 (2-3 Business Days) OR $40 (2 Day Air Shipping) via the UPS Ground Shipping Service. For Texas based customers, we offer 1-Day priority shipping at a flat rate of $25.
